The Bioginastica is a fitness method developed by Prof. Orlando Cani, based on Yoga, Meditation, Martial Arts, Tai Chi Chuan, Corporal Expression and Dance. It uses all means of locomotion realizing its forms, connections and qualities of movement. It teaches how to use the strength, endurance, breathing, flexibility, relaxation and motor coordination in a spontaneous and creative way.

Professor Eduardo Santos has been certified by Orlando Cani and has been teaching Bioginastica since 2003.



The concentration involves the practitioner in an atmosphere filled with emotions when the respiratory control has its high point marked by an emphasis on expiration in all bodily actions. The search for maximum pleasure of exercise provides the body self, reaching the psychomotor balance as a whole.
